Arisa Trew / Exposure Contest
S1 Rider, Arisa Trew, wears the S1 Lifer Helmet, S1 Pro Knee Pads Gen 4.5 and S1 Elbow Pads. Arisa won 1st Place Exposure Vert Contest and 1st Place Exposure Bowl Contest.
Amelia Brodka started the Exposure event back in 2012 or so to give girls a contest to skate in. At the time when she started Exposure there were no girls events in the X-Games or anything. Fast forward to 2024 and there was a Girls Tony Hawk Vert Alert, Girls X-Games, and Girls Olympic Skateboarding - alot has changed. And the craziest part is Arisa won 1st Vert Alert, 1st X-Games Vert, 1st Place X-Games Bowl, Gold Medal in Olympics (Women;s Park) and then just won 1st Place Vert Exposure and 1st Place Bowl Exposure and Best trick.
Kudos to Amelia for throwing the Exposure event year after year (Fun fact S1 sponsored it the year Amelia started it).
The best of the best female skaters fly in from all over the world to compete and it is an amazing event to showcase just how far female skaters continue to progress.
S1 has always been down to support the girls. We released a Lynz Adams Hawkins Pro Signature Helmet back in 2008 !
"I think Arisa is the most talented female skateboarder of all time." - Cindy Whitehead / Girls Not a 4 Letter Word
