We batch test every production run to make sure S1 Lifer Helmets are meeting our strict quality and safety standards and current helmet safety standards. 

Batch Testing Includes: 

• High Impact Tests

• Multiple Impact Tests

• Strap Retention Tests

• And to make sure S1 Fusion Foam is soft enough to diffuse multiple low force impacts (ASTM F 1492 : Skateboard and Roller Skate Helmet Test) and dense enough to distribute high impacts (CPSC Test Skate & Bike Helmet)

S1 Lifer Helmets are certified under the CPSC and ASTM safety standards for single and multiple impact hits which makes them 5 times safer than traditional soft foam skate helmets.
