We batch test every production run to make sure the helmets are meeting our strict quality and safety standards.
The S1 Lifer Helmet is tested to make sure the Fusion Foam is soft enough to diffuse energy away from the head in multiple low force impacts and dense enough to distribute energy away from the head in high impacts.
S1 Lifer Helmets are certified under the CPSC and ASTM safety standards for single and multiple impact hits which makes them 5 times safer than traditional soft foam skate helmets.
S1 is dedicated to making high quality, safer helmets that look and fit great and that you know will perform when you need them to. We are not required to batch test every run of S1 Lifer helmets made but we do so for our peace of mind and yours.
