When / how/ why did you start skating?

I started skating when I was 6 years old. I saw a kid drop in at my local skate park “Valo”, I was so keen to give it a go. Mum and Dad bought me a skateboard and I gave it a go. I haven’t stop skating since.

Do you have a local skate shop?

My local skate shop is Skate Connection, Kotara. It also has a rad indoor mini ramp in the store.

What are some of your earliest/ favorite memories of skateboarding?

One of my earliest memories was dropping in the deep end at Bar Beach bowl and landing my 1st blunt at Grundys. One of my favourite memories was a three day battle to stomp my 1st 540 on the Level Up vert ramp.

What are some of your favorite or most memorable recent sessions ?

I recently went on a skate road trip from Newcastle to Melbourne, Australia, with Dad and a couple of mates. We skated so many sick parks along the way and had an epic session at Prahran Vert. Everyone was throwing down.

What have you been up to lately?

Lately I have been skating a lot while traveling around the East Coast of Oz and competing in a few comps. It’s summer here so I have been on holidays, chilling at the beach and surfing with my mates.

Favorite skateparks(s) and why?

A couple of favourites close to home are Bar Beach and Charlestown. Bar is a big, deep bowl that you can blast big airs and Charlestown is a super fun transition park with different, fun obstacles. Another recent fav park in Oz is Albury, it’s pretty new and has everything.

What’s in store for 2023? (new parks? new tricks you're working on? skating?/contests? )

In 2023, I am keen to do some international travel and skate all the parks in The States as well as doing all the comps in Oz. My trick goal is to land a 720 and work on flip variations.

Why do you love skateboarding?

I love skateboarding because it’s fun. I love the adrenaline rush and the challenge of landing new tricks. I also get to travel and meet new friends.

Things you enjoy when you're not skating:

Surfing, footy (rugby league) and mountain bike riding

Dreams / Goals:

2028 olympics, XGames, and one day turn Pro.

I’m not much of a reader but do read the occasional Thrasher and Slam skate mag.
