If your head is on the bigger side (23" - 25" head circumference ) you can choose the S1 Mega Lifer Helmet. The Sizing Liners are color coded so you know by looking at them how thick the liners are. Grey liners are (XS) 14mm, Red Liners (S) 12mm, Beige Liners (M) 10mm, Black Liners (L) 8mm, Green Liners (XL) 6mm, Blue Liners (2XL) 4mm, Purple Liners (3XL) 2mm. The liners are interchangeable so you can make a helmet fit tighter or looser by removing and replacing the liner.
